Every original turbocharger from Berlin or Stuttgart is assembled according to the same specifications that also apply to new original parts and checked according to the original production drawings. First of all, our exchange turbos receive several new original components, such as B. Controls, compressor wheels, bearing systems, seals, O-rings, piston seals, screws and brackets. Another customer benefit is that every part that has been improved since it was first introduced is replaced by a newer version in our exchange turbo.

The installation should only be carried out by trained personnel. In the event of a defect, the turbocharger must be sent back to us for assessment. If we determine a warranty case after a detailed examination, you will immediately receive a new item. Mechanical defects and broken shafts are excluded from the warranty caused by incorrect installation, clogged oil lines or remnants of the old turbocharger in the hoses.
